Prepare Your Home

Go for Bright
Open the drapes, pull up the shades and let the natural light in. Also, day or night, turn on all lights inside the home.

Make Space and Depersonalize

Remove clutter and knick-knacks by organizing and putting things away. Remove all but a couple family photos.

Deep Clean and Keep it Clean

Dust, vacuum, clean carpets, kitchen (even the refrigerator), bathrooms, bedrooms, windows, etc.

Declutter and Organize

Pick things up throughout your home, closets and garage. Pack up what you don’t need and donate anything you no longer want (prior to professional photos.)

Spruce Up and Stage

Add some fresh flowers or a nice table setting, include new towels (white is always good), add nice decorative pillows or throws and change comforters/bedding if necessary.


Touch up or fix any walls, baseboards, doors, or broken tiles.
